When we renovated the rooms in our house to turn them into a holiday home Valle Aurina with four apartments, we once again fell in love with the magnificent scenery all around, with the silence of San Giacomo and with our own farm Obermairhof. Each apartment in the holiday home Valle Aurina has its own name. “Morgentau” offers 40 sqm for four to five persons – it is a friendly furnished holiday apartment. “Abendrot” offers the same space and snug interiors. The apartment “Regenbogen” offers accommodation and self-catering for four persons. Need more space? 50 sqm for up to five people are available in the apartment “Sonnenschein”.

Our house and farm – Easily accessible for our guests
We provide bed linen, bath towels and tea towels, kitchen utensils and cutlery at the holiday house Valle Aurina. Our storage and ski room, the garden and lawn are directly accessible from your apartment. Do you love fragrant bread rolls for breakfast? Place an order in the evening and in the morning we will deliver them right to the door of your apartment at the holiday home Valle Aurina. Try also our home-made farm products! Eggs, milk, cheese, butter and bacon – according to the season – are available fresh from Mother Nature.

Prices and discounts
The prices are for a stay of at least 3 nights per apartment.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity, water and heating and the final cleaning (Up to a stay of 3 days: 20,00 € surcharge).
Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.
As of 01.01.2022 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1,75 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age.
Pets
For your four-legged family members we charge 10 € per day (food is not included).
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of consideration for our other guests, pets must be kept on a leash at all times.

Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100 € per week has been paid, unless otherwise agreed.

For stays of less than 3 days we charge 20 € for the final cleaning.
Bread service: Simply order fresh bread the day before (not later than 7 pm), and we will deliver it in the morning at around 7 am directly to your apartment door.
The costs of the final cleaning from the 3rd day are included in the price.
Payment: Please pay cash on site.
Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above 4.999,99 € in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 12 clock. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 12 clock, except by prior arrangement. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9 clock. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge the total price of your holiday.
We are looking forward to your visit! Until 2 monthsbefore arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 2 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 3 days of the total price of your stay. In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price.
